The Pinhook has been Durham’s premier 250 cap venue for bands, music, dance parties, basic chilling, and collaborative / creative events for over TEN YEARS. We’ve hosted Dead Prez / Sylvan Esso / The Mountain Goats / The Blow / EMA / Big Freedia / Hiss Golden Messenger / Titus Andronicus / Jens Lekman / Le1f + many more.

We are a safer space for lgbtqia folks, POC groups, punks, lawyers, cyclists, trivia nerds, and almost everyone else. We are also a bar, so come after work or early evening and drank w. us (albiet rootbeer or beer beer). We can offer our space for rent, for meetings, for events and for movies – just let us know what you’d like to do here.
